Soya & Oilseed Summit 2007 is designed to facilitate top-level exchange of information that will support both industries continued rapid and profitable development at a time when both are competing for similar resources. Presented in parallel food and energy tracks, Soya & Oilseed Summit 2007 will also include joint forums to further the dialogue between both sides of this complex equation. Program topics will include the competition for commodities, potential in modified seed traits for food and energy applications, feedstocks for food and energy, and government policy vis-a-vis biofuels. Sessions will explore trans fat solutions and advances in soyfoods processing.
